Richardson's Boat Ramp Lake Moultrie is a nice place to swim and launch a boat. They have a two-lane boat ramp, a courtesy dock, and paved parking for trailers that can accommodate limited vehicles, and there are no fishing piers and restrooms. The place is both good for fishing and swimming, and there's a nearby beach for you to chill and have some drinks.
